Rich has lived in Lower Merion Township since 1951. He remembers the bowling alleys in the center of Ardmore, the Moo in Villanova, the Tottle House and Dean’s Diner, and he has watched the Main Line housing market rise, settle and reset more than once.
His children grew up here, and now some of his grandchildren are doing the same. Three generations in one community is the perspective he brings to every pricing conversation and every negotiation.
For more than a decade he has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Main Line and the sought after Lower Merion and Radnor school districts, from first condos to estates in Haverford and Gladwyne.
